**What You’ll Do on a Typical Day** **As a Procurement Supervisor,** you will manage and coordinate contracts and related audits, as well as assigned customer relationships and execution of the Procurement Department’s strategy.
**1\. Contract Management:**
Negotiate and execute contracts.
Coordinate subcontractor audits; lead FPIs and RFPs, ensuring compliance with Procurement procedures and managing supplier-related risks—including legal and CSR risks.
Monitor contract execution, managing risks and ensuring compliance.
Conduct daily team meetings to review priorities and workload.
Supervise individual and collective performance. **2\. Analysis and Monitoring:**
Monitor contract execution, managing risks and ensuring compliance.
Analyze KPIs to identify deviations.
Define and implement action plans. **3\. Incident Management:**
Oversee proper handling of incidents and claims.
Intervene in critical or escalated cases.
Ensure rapid and effective resolution. **4\. Customer Relationship Management:**
Act as the primary liaison with key customers.
Prepare periodic service reports.
Present action plans and track results. **5\. Internal Coordination:**
Interact regularly with the Procurement department to resolve logistics-related issues.
Collaborate with the IT department to configure systems and align customer expectations and needs.
