Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Manager to maintain and update the Quality Management System, ensuring its proper management and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain and update the company's Quality Management System. 2. Coordinate internal audits and ensure implementation of corrective actions. 3. Our clients span manufacturing and process industries, business services, public and private utilities, governments, and international institutions. About the Role: We are seeking a Quality Manager. Your primary mission is to maintain and update the company's Quality Management System and ensure its proper management. Key Responsibilities include: * Maintain the current list of documents, change register, and version control for all QMS documents; provide access and notify relevant personnel; ensure appropriate use of established templates. * Ensure controlled distribution of all QMS documents. * Maintain and store quality records. * Develop and communicate the Annual Internal Audit Program. * Establish the Internal Audit/Evaluation Team. Maintain internal audit records and report audit results to Management. * Coordinate auditor training activities and maintain records related to competencies and training activities. * Ensure implementation of Corrective Actions. * Provide Management with all necessary information and documentation for the Quality Management System Review Meeting; draft the meeting minutes, archive them, and distribute copies accordingly. * Serve as the contact point for Accreditation Bodies and inform Management of accreditation body audit results, received complaints, implemented corrective actions, and Quality System reviews. * Interact with Accreditation Bodies: collect and submit required information, implement their directives within the company, host visits/audits, and respond to nonconformities to maintain existing accreditations and apply for new ones. * Ensure that necessary processes and procedures for the management system are established, implemented, and maintained. * Report to Top Management on system performance and any need for improvement. * Perform any other tasks assigned to you, consistent with your capabilities and aligned with the technical and economic objectives set by Top Management. * Specific to Personnel Certification (AEPD\-DPD Scheme): Review the on-site supervision process for supervisors. * Collaborate with the Quality Administrator on examination-related tasks requiring such support, provided no conflict arises with examination confidentiality. * Prepare or assist in preparing performance evaluation reports for personnel involved in the DPD scheme. * Supervise and update personnel certification processes. Do You Have What It Takes?: Essential: * University degree * Specialized training in Management Systems Certification sector (ISO/IEC 17020; ISO/IEC 17021; ISO/IEC 17065\) * Minimum 5 years’ experience in QMS management activities within a Certification Body Key Competencies: * Communication skills to effectively convey complex technical criteria. * Critical thinking and analytical ability to interpret standard requirements and apply them correctly. * Strong commitment to continuous improvement. * Impartiality and professional ethics.
