From Reyes Gutiérrez, a leading company in the sector dedicated to the import and export of tropical fruits, we are seeking to incorporate a Quality Department Manager into our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall management of quality and food safety processes, ensuring compliance with the most stringent standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. What will your main responsibilities be? \- Management of non-conformities and proposal of corrective and preventive actions. \- Supervision of compliance with quality and food safety regulations. \- Coordination with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters and technical documentation. \- Organization and planning of internal improvements. \- Supervision of microbiological analyses and management of laboratory samples. \- Training of internal staff on quality and food safety procedures. \- Control of production processes and parameters, ensuring regulatory compliance. \- Product traceability management and crisis simulation. \- Waste control and compliance with environmental regulations. \- Supervision and validation of product labeling and specifications.
