We carry out project design and calculation with the support of our drafters, modelers, and engineers. Our services include proprietary projects as well as technical assistance for engineering firms, contractors, and real estate asset managers. Additionally, we provide BIM and technological advisory and consulting services to companies at various stages. We are currently looking for a **QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER/ARCHITECT FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS** to work on **industrial building projects** with one of our clients in **Madrid.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control on-site construction quality, verifying compliance with the execution project. * Conduct technical reviews and monitor construction processes for industrial buildings. * Identify deviations or issues on site and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams. * Prepare quality control reports and associated technical documentation for the project. * Coordinate with design management, contractors, and site teams to ensure adherence to standards and deadlines. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join a major engineering firm. * Full-time position. * Training plan. **If you are considering a professional change and find it interesting to start your career with a leading company in the engineering sector, we look forward to welcoming you!** **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Technical Architecture, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in on-site quality control. * Experience in industrial building projects. * Knowledge of reviewing and controlling alignment between the execution project and on-site construction. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability for on-site work in Madrid (San Fernando de Henares).
