Position Summary: MAIER Group is seeking Process Engineers to optimize products and processes, and Quality Engineers to ensure development methodology and serve as the customer liaison. Key Highlights: 1. Product and process development and optimization in Gernika. 2. Methodology assurance and risk analysis. 3. Customer liaison on quality-related matters. **MAIER** **Group** requires engineers for its production plant in **Gernika** **Process Engineers:** Reporting to the Area Director, the selected candidate will: Manage project aspects by developing and optimizing products and processes. To this end, they will define aspects related to part design (thicknesses, ribs and exits, materials and anchoring points, finishes), as well as those related to production tooling design (molds, assembly fixtures, frames, packaging). **Quality Engineers:** Reporting to the respective Area Director, the selected candidate will: Ensure application of the development methodology (risk analysis, SF, full-rate testing, Process FMEA, surveillance plans, contingency plans, etc.); Conduct capability studies and interpret customer specifications through laboratory testing. Act as the customer liaison on matters relating to quality and methodology... We are targeting recent graduates in **Technical or Senior Engineering**, with a **high level of English** (German or French proficiency will be highly valued), strong achievement orientation, excellent communication skills, and geographical mobility.
