Together, our commitment is to deliver the definitive solution for high-value environments through continuous improvement of people, processes, and technology. **Your Mission** Ensure all projects meet the highest quality and environmental standards by implementing, auditing, and improving our Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 / 14001) and serving as the technical reference for site teams in Ireland, the UK, and continental Europe. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System aligned with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards. * Conduct monthly internal Quality and Environmental audits across projects and offices. * Advise site teams on compliance with client specifications and legal requirements. * Analyze root causes and coordinate corrective and preventive actions, tracking non-conformance reports to closure. * Prepare and review Quality Control documentation. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement by delivering training and sharing lessons learned. * Report Quality and Environmental metrics to management (SHEQ Director) and clients. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Architecture, or related field. * Experience: 2 years in quality management within construction (audits, IMS, ISO 9001/14001). * Certifications: Internal Auditor certification for ISO 9001 (mandatory). Valid Category B driving license. * Tools: Practical knowledge of audit techniques, root cause analysis, and MS Office.
