Position Summary: Intress is seeking a Social Psychologist to provide comprehensive support to women victims of gender-based violence and their children, offering psychological assistance and coordination. Participation in training, prevention, and awareness-raising activities on gender-based violence. **Intress** seeks to hire a **Social Psychologist** to support women within its Specialized Intervention Service for Women Victims of Gender-Based Violence (SIE), located in **Tàrrega**, Lleida. This service provides comprehensive care and resources during the recovery and reparation process for women who have suffered or are suffering from violence, as well as for their children. ***Conditions*** * **Centre or Service:** SIE Tàrrega\-Urgell * **Centre Location:** Tàrrega * **Start Date:** Immediate * **Monthly Gross Remuneration (1):** €1,824.40 gross per month (x 14 payments: €25,541.60 gross annually) * **Weekly Working Hours:** 38.5 hours * **Working Schedule:** Three morning shifts per week, from 8:00 to 15:30; two afternoon shifts per week, from 11:30 to 19:00 ***Job Responsibilities:*** * Psychological assessment and intervention with women served by the programme, both individually and in groups. * Psychological assessment and intervention, as appropriate, with adult children of service users. * Psychological assessment and intervention, as appropriate, with other target groups served by the programme. * Development and monitoring of individual work plans jointly with the woman and the interdisciplinary team. * Participation in training, prevention, and awareness-raising activities related to gender-based violence and other outreach activities for the service. * Advising the professional team on psychological aspects. * Responding to urgent situations requiring containment and providing therapeutic accompaniment to women. * Coordination with the mental health network and other psychological support services to which the woman is linked. * Referral to the mental health network and other specialized psychological support services for women deemed necessary and/or for their dependent minors. * Participation in coordination meetings with other agencies and professionals. * Preparation of reports when required. * Documentation of sessions, including intervention notes for the team. * Conducting monthly follow-ups. * Other duties inherent to the professional category, as determined by the service management. ***Academic Qualifications Required:*** * Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology * Specialisation in Clinical Psychology * Specific training in gender perspective and gender-based violence * Additional training in feminist theories is desirable ***Professional Experience Required:*** * Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with women in the field of abuse and gender-based violence ***Required Knowledge:*** * Training in trauma
