**La Vostra Llar** is a group managing various residential care centers in the provinces of Girona and Barcelona. With over **30 years of experience** and **12 residential centers**, we continue growing with a clear objective: to provide **dignified, close, and high-quality care** to elderly people, while also supporting the professional teams that make it possible.
We firmly believe that emotional and cognitive care is a fundamental pillar within residential life. The role of the **Psychologist** contributes not only clinical value but also becomes a key element in the holistic well-being of residents, in supporting families, and in the interdisciplinary perspective of the team.
Therefore, we would like to incorporate a **Psychologist** at our center in **L’Hospitalet de Llobregat**, who wishes to be part of a human, stable, and collaborative project.
What do we offer?
* **Indefinite contract.**
* Working hours of **8.5h/week.**
* Schedule:
+ 1st option: Tuesdays and Fridays, 14:30–19:30
+ 2nd option: Tuesdays, 14:30–19:30, and Thursdays, 09:00–13:00
* Salary: **€25,714.64 gross/year** (pro-rated to working hours)
* 8 weekend on-call shifts per year (3.5 hours on Saturday or Sunday)

What will your role be?
As the center’s Psychologist, you will serve as a reference figure in emotional and cognitive matters, playing an essential role in residents’ quality of life.
* Your main responsibilities will include:
* Conducting initial and follow-up **psychological assessments**.
* Administering **cognitive and emotional assessment tests and scales**.
* Designing and facilitating **cognitive stimulation workshops and group activities**, adapted to individual needs.
* Actively participating in **Individualized Care Plans (PIAI’s)**, contributing your professional perspective within the interdisciplinary team.
* Providing **support and guidance to families**, offering orientation, emotional support, and listening spaces.
Your work will directly contribute to preserving autonomy, reinforcing self-esteem, and promoting emotional adaptation to the aging process and to life in the center.
What are we looking for in you?
* **Bachelor’s or Licentiate degree in Psychology** is mandatory.
* Specialized training in **gerontology** will be valued.
* We seek a socially sensitive person with strong listening skills, empathy, and teamwork abilities.
* Initiative, commitment, and enthusiasm to actively engage in the center’s project are especially appreciated.
