**Minimum Requirements:**

Must hold a university undergraduate degree in PSYCHOLOGY.
Must be accredited as a health psychologist.
Must possess a certificate confirming no criminal record for sexual offenses.

**Job Responsibilities:**
----------------------
Will be responsible for carrying out the following functions: individual and group psychological support:
* Assess and provide therapeutic accompaniment to men in rural areas to promote emotional regulation, mental health, self-care, and non-violent conflict resolution.
* Provide guidance and intervention regarding conscious fatherhood, active parenting, and equitable distribution of domestic and caregiving tasks.
* Plan and implement training activities and reflective spaces on diverse, non-hegemonic masculinities, adapted to the needs of rural communities.
* Develop awareness-raising campaigns and activities aimed at eradicating sexist behaviors and fostering relationships based on mutual respect.
* Collaborate continuously with Social Services, Women's Centers, and local health resources for case referrals and coordinated follow-up.
