Your objective will be to identify market opportunities, design new services and products within our key areas (sports, social action, children/youth, and tourism), and transform those ideas into technically sound and competitive commercial proposals. * Product Design: Conceptualize and structure new services from initial idea through to business model, highlighting Océano Atlántico’s value proposition while ensuring strategic coherence and considering user experience. * Analyze trends in the social action sector, active tourism, sports management, and services for children and youth to anticipate market needs, detect new niches, and stay ahead of competitors. * Draft projects and commercial proposals to support the business development department. * Develop work methodologies enabling successful projects to be replicated across different municipalities or clients with minimal adjustments. * Identify technological or social partners that complement our offerings to position ourselves for larger or more complex projects. * Support operational teams in implementing newly designed products, reducing the gap between planning and delivery. * As part of the organization’s core, contribute to strategy formulation and organizational sustainability by promoting its values. Minimum Requirements: * Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in project development, consultancy, or service management within the sectors mentioned. Strategic Thinking: Ability to see "the big picture". Writing Excellence: Ability to draft technical reports as well as compelling commercial proposals. Adaptability Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with public procurement regulations (tenders) and grant funding is desirable. **Profile:** Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in project development, consultancy, or service management within the sectors mentioned.
