With 96\.5% of our staff expressing high satisfaction in being part of this family, we are currently seeking a Project Lead for our offices located in Abu Dhabi Requirements * Degree in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields, with specialization in Project Management, Petroleum Engineering or Process Engineering. * Minimum 12 years of experience in EPC Oil \& Gas or petrochemical projects. * Experience as Senior Engineer and/or Project Lead, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing complex deliverables. * Participation in at least one ADNOC Onshore or Offshore EPC project in UAE, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and procedures. * Management of technical and operational interfaces with contractors, vendors and clients, ensuring integration and efficiency in project execution. * Supervision of schedules, budgets and quality throughout all project phases. * Proficiency in planning and control tools. * Advanced English level C1 or higher. Location * 100% on\-site in Abu Dhabi. ###### **Project Management** ###### **Team Management** ###### **EPC Projects \- ADNOC** ###### **Planning and Control Software** ###### **English** #### **Principal duties** * Supervise all project phases, from basic engineering to final delivery, ensuring compliance with schedules, budget and technical specifications. * Prepare and review project plans, milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client objectives and ADNOC standards. * Monitor project performance and propose corrective actions in case of deviations. * Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and project control teams to ensure integration of all disciplines. * Manage technical and operational interfaces between contractors, vendors and clients. * Identify project risks and propose mitigation plans.
