Objective
Would you like to participate in managing social projects and grants that contribute to improving end-of-life processes for patients and their families?
At Fundación Cudeca, we are seeking a professional committed to social causes to join our Grants Department. The main responsibilities will include supporting all stages of the grant management cycle, as well as assisting in the design and implementation of projects—primarily within the sociosanitary and research fields. This position is based at our Arroyo de la Miel center in Benalmádena.
**Grant Management Responsibilities:**
Analysis of funding calls.
Management of grant and aid application processes.
Preparation of financial accountability reports.
Rectification of requirements issued by funding bodies.
**Project Management Responsibilities:**
Design and formulation of projects, primarily in the sociosanitary and research fields.
Support to various departments in project implementation (Clinical Care, Volunteering, Research, etc.).
**Job Requirements:**
At least 4 years’ experience in project and grant management—highly desirable in the Social Action Third Sector or research field.
English proficiency level (B2\). (Certificate issued by a competent authority).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Previous experience and/or training in palliative care.
Prior volunteering experience.
Planning, organizational, and effective time-management skills.
Active listening and ability to coordinate with key stakeholders involved in these processes: teamwork.
Analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
* Strong familiarity with the public sector and excellent interpersonal skills.
A permanent part-time contract (30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) is offered. Start date is scheduled for September.
