Funding: identification, application for, and monitoring of subsidies and other funding sources. Institutional relations: collaboration with technical staff from Public Administrations and organizations in the sector. Communication: design and layout of materials for program promotion. Facilitation: supporting meetings and events organized by the Confederation within the framework of its programs. **Profile:** Technical tools: advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel, and experience with Google Workspace. Experience: background in program management within the Third Sector and volunteering with children and youth. Experience in subsidy management will be valued. Identity and affiliation: mandatory connection with a Salesian youth center, social platform, or Church-related social entity.
