We are seeking a production supervisor for a project in Pamplona/Iruña within the automotive sector, focused on battery assembly for electric vehicles. Key responsibilities include coordinating production lines, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and cost indicators, preparing performance reports, leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (5S, VSM, SMED), planning optimization projects, training the team, and ensuring achievement of production targets as well as quality and safety standards. Candidates must hold an engineering degree or technical vocational qualification (FP), have at least five years of experience in a similar role, possess advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, have English proficiency at B2 level, demonstrate leadership skills, analytical capability, results orientation, and familiarity with the Metalworkers’ Collective Agreement. An indefinite-term full-time contract is offered with an international company in the sector, including integration into a technological team and a safe working environment.
