Description
The objective is to ensure correct egg classification along the production line, guaranteeing that products delivered to customers meet established quality, traceability, and labeling standards, through detection and removal of unfit units, continuous process verification, and maintenance of order and supply in your work area.
**What will your day-to-day be like?**
* Verify proper line operation (conveyors free of obstructions, machinery running).
* Supply required materials for the shift (boxes, crates, pallets, containers, and tools).
* Detect and remove unfit eggs at all stages of the process.
* Verify that marking, grading, product type, and labeling consistently match the pallet at all times.
* Classify and place eggs (trays, cartons, or bulk) onto the corresponding pallet, box, or crate.
* Reprocess defective cartons.
* Label pallets with traceability information (batch number and best-before date) and seal/film them upon completion or at each product change.
* Move completed pallets to the warehouse.
* Record production output and complete quality logs.
* Support other departments as required by production needs.
* Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area at the end of the shift.
**What can you bring?**
* Prior experience as a production operator is valued.
* Residency in Sinarcas or surrounding areas.
* Valid driving license category B and personal vehicle to access the workplace.
**What do we offer?**
* Permanent contract.
* Working hours: Monday (6–14 h), Tuesday to Saturday (7–14 h).
* Salary according to collective agreement.
