Position Summary: We are seeking a Health and Safety Technician to serve as a Preventive Resource, controlling and mitigating risks in projects, inspecting occupational health and safety, and advising on prevention. We are recruiting a **Health and Safety Technician** to perform **Preventive Resource** duties on temporary projects located in Teruel and its surrounding areas. Responsibilities: * Those inherent to this role, as established by current Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 1627/1997). * Reporting on the occupational health and safety status of assigned tasks. * Conducting periodic occupational health and safety inspections. * Preparing the Weekly Preventive Resource Report for the construction site. * Ensuring safe work methods and procedures are in place. * Ensuring collective and individual protective equipment is appropriate and properly maintained. * Delivering daily safety briefings, among other duties. * Identifying and assessing risks associated with construction site activities, ensuring appropriate mitigation measures are implemented. * Responding to incidents, ensuring emergency protocols are followed and worker risks minimized. * Providing technical advice to workers and management on improving workplace safety. * Maintaining records of inspections, training sessions, and any safety-related incidents. * Collaborating in the development of specific safety plans for tasks, including emergency procedures. * Conducting periodic inspections of facilities and equipment used on site to detect potential failures or hazards. * Providing workers with training on safe equipment handling and proper tool usage. * Ensuring compliance with all electrical safety regulations and company policies.
