**About the department**
The internship will take place in the **Human Resources Department** at the Arévalo plant. This department drives initiatives related to talent attraction and development, internal communication, training, and corporate social responsibility, contributing to both individual development and the smooth operation of the organization.
**Training objectives**
During the internship, the participant will have the opportunity to complement their university education through a supervised training plan aimed at developing competencies in organization, communication, and adaptive management. Key learning objectives include:
* Learning how scholarship and internship management processes operate, supporting their administrative and organizational follow-up across various departments of the plant.
* Understanding how Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives are designed and implemented, participating in activities that promote the organization’s social commitment.
* Developing internal communication competencies by collaborating on the creation and dissemination of content for newsletters, intranet, and other corporate channels.
* Gaining insight into the planning and coordination of training activities, supporting tasks related to the center’s training plan.
* Strengthening organizational, teamwork, and communication skills by applying methodologies focused on continuous improvement and organizational productivity.
* Becoming familiar with tools and procedures specific to the Human Resources area, always under the supervision of the mentoring team.
These activities will reinforce knowledge acquired in the **Permanent Training Master’s Program in Productivity, Adaptive Management, and Innovation**, particularly in areas related to adaptive management, organizational innovation, process improvement, communication, and talent development.
**Mentorship and follow-up**
Throughout the internship, the participant will benefit from a structured learning plan including:
* Continuous tutoring and guidance provided by a mentor from the Human Resources Department.
* Definition of training objectives and periodic monitoring of their progress.
* Ongoing feedback to support the development of professional and personal competencies.
* Progressive integration into departmental activities, always in a training-oriented manner and under supervision.
