Arbeca Municipal Residence is seeking a physiotherapist to join its care team. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting, maintaining, and restoring the mobility and autonomy of residents, thereby contributing to improved quality of life and physical well-being.
Assess residents' functional status and physiotherapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Design rehabilitation, functional maintenance, and fall prevention programs. Conduct individual and group physiotherapy sessions. Monitor residents' progress and document interventions performed. Advise care staff on safe mobilization and transfer techniques. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings with medical, nursing, occupational therapy, and social work teams.
* Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
* Vehicle availability required
* Driver's license: Class B
* Indefinite-term employment contract
* Full-time position
* Gross monthly salary ranging from '1500' to '1950'
