We are looking for a responsible and efficient person to maintain **maximum cleanliness and hygiene** in all areas of our cocktail bar. The work will be carried out primarily **outside public opening hours**, ensuring the premises are spotless before opening or immediately after closing, thus guaranteeing a pleasant and safe environment for our customers and staff. Main Responsibilities: * Mop, sweep, and vacuum all bar floors, including bar counter areas, dance floor, and entrances. * Dust and clean all surfaces, tables, chairs, stools, and furniture. * Empty and clean all trash bins and containers. * Thoroughly clean the bar counter, sinks, refrigerated storage units, and equipment (ice machines, etc.). * Clean storage and restocking areas. * Daily cleaning, disinfection, and restocking of toilet paper, soap, and hand towels in all restrooms. * Ensure maximum hygiene and presentation of restrooms. * Collect and clean scattered glasses and empty bottles. * Clean up any spills or stains. * Receive deliveries. * Monitor and report on cleaning supply needs. * Strictly adhere to occupational safety and hygiene regulations, especially when handling chemical cleaning products.
