We are seeking to hire **a Pentester** to conduct offensive security testing for our international clients. As part of the Red Team, you will participate in vulnerability analysis and IT infrastructure and application audits, as well as in executing penetration tests (Penetration Testing) and Red Team exercises. Additionally, you will collaborate on social engineering exercises. **Mandatory Requirements:** * At least **3 years** of experience as a Pentester conducting security audits and penetration testing on applications and infrastructures. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with tools such as Burp Suite, Nessus, or similar. * Hold at least one of the following certifications: * CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) * OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) * CRTP (Certified Red Team Professional) * CompTIA PenTest+ * English language proficiency at B1 level. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience participating in Red Team exercises. * Familiarity with OWASP methodologies, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and exploitation techniques. * Experience in international environments. * **What We Offer:** * Permanent employment contract * Flexible working hours and work modality * Salary between €36,000 and €38,000 gross per year (Salary range negotiable based on experience) * 25 working days of vacation, plus December 24 and 31 — recognized as company-wide holidays — and additionally, the afternoon of your birthday is off! * 100% free medical and dental insurance * Career development plan and technical and language training programs * Access to a flexible compensation plan If this opportunity suits you, don’t hesitate to apply — we look forward to welcoming you! *We additionally value holding a disability certificate.*
