We are seeking a Maritime Traffic Operator to be based at our headquarters located in Tomares (Seville). Responsibilities of the Maritime Traffic Operator: - Manage bookings with various shipping lines according to commercial requirements - Handle transport orders and track their progress - Manage assigned case files - Monitor and control shipments - Manage documentation required for export - Handle incidents - Respond promptly and appropriately to customer requests or instructions from the Team Leader Requirements: - At least two years of experience performing the described duties within the logistics sector - Languages / Proficiency level: English B2 or higher - Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and organizational ability.
