Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction About the Role We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Operations Manager to supervise the company's daily operations, improve efficiency, and ensure achievement of organizational objectives. The selected candidate will lead teams, optimize processes, manage resources, and support strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and manage daily operational activities across various departments. * Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports. * Lead, train, and develop the team to achieve operational objectives. * Coordinate with department heads to enhance productivity and service quality. * Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. * Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. * Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed. * Support senior management in strategic planning and business growth initiatives. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role. * Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proven experience in budget management and operational performance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise management software. * Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications * Master’s degree or professional certification in Operations Management or Project Management. * Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. * Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
