At Jobs by Adlanter, we are selecting for our client — **the Spanish subsidiary of a well-established European multinational, a leader in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of premium home appliances** for professional and domestic (mass-market) channels — recognized for its innovation, design, and quality — an: **OPERATIONS COORDINATOR** The selected candidate, reporting to Management, will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the smooth operation of all operational activities, guaranteeing efficiency, service quality, and alignment with group standards. Main responsibilities include: * Coordinating order processing, procurement, warehousing, and distribution operations. * Cross-functional coordination with the sales team, administration, and technical service. * Inventory control and replenishment, managing monthly purchases from Headquarters according to sales forecasts. * Reviewing and negotiating logistics agreements. * Managing incidents and driving continuous process improvement. We seek a professional with **a degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field**, experience in **operations and/or logistics**, and proficiency in ERP systems. We offer employment with the subsidiary of a multinational group renowned for innovation and sustainability, a permanent contract, and negotiable remuneration based on value added — comprising base salary plus variable compensation. * Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations and/or logistics. * Prior experience in distribution/retail environments is considered a strong advantage. * Strong office software skills and experience using ERP systems.
