At KINEDRIK By EADIC, we are seeking an **Operational Technical Unit Coordinator** with a senior profile to join a **strategic public tender project** aimed at improving employability and socio-labor integration of individuals in situations of, or at risk of, social exclusion. The selected candidate will be responsible for the technical and operational coordination of service delivery, leading the labor orientation team and ensuring the proper functioning of the various service points defined in the project. Additionally, they will supervise activity planning, resource management, indicator monitoring, and incident resolution, thereby ensuring achievement of objectives, compliance with quality standards, and adherence to the requirements stipulated in the tender specifications. This is a strategic position within the project, carrying high responsibility for coordinating the technical team, optimizing operational processes, and liaising with project management—contributing to the correct implementation of the service and fulfillment of commitments made to the contracting entity. **What profile are we looking for?** We seek a professional experienced in coordinating employment programs, labor orientation initiatives, or social intervention projects, capable of leading teams, managing resources, and ensuring proper execution of services targeting individuals in situations of, or at risk of, social exclusion. The candidate must demonstrate: * A university degree in **Psychology, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, Social Work, Social Education, Labor Relations, Sociology**, or related disciplines. * A minimum of **two (2\) years** of experience in employment programs, labor orientation, advisory services, or labor intermediation. * Experience working with **Roma people** or other groups in situations of, or at risk of, social exclusion. * Demonstrable experience in coordinating teams, projects, or services related to labor orientation and integration. * Experience in designing, monitoring, and evaluating personalized labor integration pathways. * Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate resources, and conduct operational and technical service follow-up. **Required Technical Knowledge** The candidate must possess solid knowledge in: * Labor orientation, intermediation, and socio-labor integration programs. * Active employment policies and public and private employment and training resources. * Design, planning, and monitoring of personalized labor integration pathways. * Coordination of technical teams and operational management of citizen service delivery. * Indicator management, preparation of technical reports, and results monitoring. * Human resource organization and activity planning across multiple service points. * Accompaniment, motivation, and support techniques for groups in situations of, or at risk of, social exclusion. * Proficiency in office software and platforms for managing employment programs. * Incident management, continuous improvement, and quality assurance in service delivery.
