Description

**MISSION** ----------- Ensure the production required by the customer, with the established quantity and quality, and respecting established OHSE policies and procedures. **GENERAL FUNCTIONS** --------------------- * Carry out the operations defined in the working instructions. * Control the quality of the pieces produced according to the production program. * Achieve targets productivity rates and quality levels for the specific workplace. * Perform level 1 preventive maintenance activities required for each machine/facility. * Perform the part number, model or series changes required according to the production plan. * Keep the 5S level of the workplace according to established standards. * Be versatile at the level defined in the section/plant. * Take part in the initial shift and monthly meetings. * Suggest improvements to day\-to\-day operations. * Train new employees with a lower level of versatility/poly\-competence when necessary. * Be trained in competences to become more self\-sufficient in carrying out work. * Follow the policies, procedures and rules defined for the plant employees. * Use the production resources available and maintain them in proper conditions. * Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto. * Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OSHE and Quality department.
