**OMNIA DYNAMIZER** ***Dynamizer working morning and afternoon shifts in Barcelona (Prosperitat), Fundació Gentis*** The program’s mission is to tackle social inequalities through community action and ICT. Òmnia views ICT not only as an essential medium or tool for social inclusion, but also as a distinctive element for addressing social inequalities and digital divides. The added value of the Òmnia program lies in its community-oriented approach, meaning it does not focus solely on providing access to ICT, but rather supports and empowers individuals by fostering their autonomy in using digital devices while simultaneously connecting them with their immediate surroundings. The service includes the role of a dynamizer who designs a program of activities with a socio-educational content; this program aims to meet the social and digital inclusion needs of participants. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Maintain continuity of the scheduled programming according to the calendar established at the Omnia Point you will join, located in the Prosperitat neighborhood (Prosperitat \- Barcelona) * Plan, implement, and periodically evaluate the activities of the Òmnia Point, using as support tools the management toolkit and the activity toolkit, both available on the Òmnia Network intranet. The activity programming will first be supervised by the *Directorate General for Community Action and Social Innovation* (DGACIS) and agreed upon with the management team of the civic facility hosting the project. * Dynamize and promote citizen participation in the activities of the Òmnia Point and the Òmnia Network. * Coordinate with other local entities and services, especially those implementing community plans, programs, and projects—or other DGACIS programs. * Comply with agreements set forth in the Collaboration Protocol between the Catalan Employment Service (SOC) and the Òmnia Network, and promote coordination with municipal social services and other public or private resources that—by nature—must interact with Òmnia Points, in accordance with DGACIS instructions. * Encourage participation in the content published on the Òmnia website, and foster relationships among different Òmnia Points. * Carry out the following actions at the Omnia Point: * Diagnose the social reality of the neighborhood where the Point is located: services, public facilities, population, among others. * Establish usage protocols for the space, coexistence rules, schedules, activity preparation, programming, and scheduling of the Point. * Work directly with participating individuals and interact with them. * Strengthen group-based support activities focused on training for digital administrative procedures. * Use Òmnia program tools: intranet management toolkit, activity toolkit... **What qualifications must you have?** * Degree in **Pedagogy**, **Psychopedagogy**, and/or **Psychology** * A **Master’s in Psychopedagogy** and/or a **Master’s in Secondary Education Teacher Training** will be considered an asset. * Proven knowledge of information and communication technologies (ICT) in areas such as: cybersecurity, computer science, multimedia design, web design, office software, free software, GNU/LINUX, educational materials, and learning support tools for users of diverse ages and varying needs. * Sufficient proficiency in the Catalan language to perform tasks related to assistance, information, and communication fluently and appropriately. **What competencies are we looking for?** * Active listening * Adaptability * Analytical thinking * Organization and planning * Conflict resolution **We offer:** * **1 permanent position as a dynamizer with a weekly workload of 37.5 hours.** * **Working hours:** **Monday: 8:00–16:00** **Tuesday: 9:00–18:00** **Wednesday: 9:00–15:00** **Thursday: 9:00–18:30** **Friday: 9:30–14:30** * Salary: €25,518.86/year (gross) **Join our team and enjoy unique benefits!** At Fundació Gentis, we care for our team just as much as we care for the people we serve.
