You define us—you make SGS! **Job Description** We are recruiting an **OGC Operator/Inspector** to perform sampling and transportation activities within our Tarragona team. ***Responsibilities:*** * Collection of samples and transport to the laboratory for analysis. * Sampling in accordance with established procedures. * Sample labeling, registration, and traceability in the laboratory. * Preparation and packaging of samples for storage or shipment. * Cleaning and conditioning of sampling containers and equipment. * Replacement of gas cylinders and replenishment of laboratory consumables. * Management and handling of solvents in compliance with safety regulations. * Labeling of laboratory-generated waste. * Replacement of waste containers and receptacles upon reaching maximum capacity. * Internal transportation of samples between different company departments and facilities. * Collection of samples at external sites or additional facilities and delivery to the laboratory for subsequent analysis. **Requirements** * Minimum education required: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), according to the established schedule. * Valid ADR certificate mandatory. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * AEQT certification: desirable but not mandatory. * MS Office (Word, Excel) – user level. **Additional Information** What will you find at SGS? * We are a multinational leader in our sector, operating across virtually all industrial sectors. * SGS employees consistently rate our positive work environment as the most valued aspect. * We provide technical and soft-skills training to support continued professional growth. * We offer flexible remuneration and special discounts for SGS employees. * We are a sustainable company actively engaged in addressing social issues.
