Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional for a day center serving elderly and dependent individuals, responsible for assessing users, conducting ongoing follow-up, and providing direct attention and support to residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct attention and support to residents and their families.
2. Psychomotor, language, and rehabilitation interventions.
3. Design and implementation of occupational therapy programs.
At a day center for elderly and dependent individuals, primary duties include assessing users upon admission and continuously monitoring their condition. The role involves delivering direct care to both residents and their families, facilitating communication and providing necessary support throughout the care process. Daily tasks include psychomotor, language, and personal and social rehabilitation activities, collaborating closely in evaluating each individual's recovery progress.
You will participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to plan and deliver sociocultural activities at the center. You will also design and implement specific occupational therapy programs aligned with the center’s overall objectives. We seek a candidate capable of integrating into a collaborative environment where teamwork is essential to service quality. The working schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, contributing to the center’s daily operations.
