The HR Department requires the incorporation of an Occupational Health and Safety Technician, whose main responsibility will be managing the occupational health and safety prevention plan, maintaining and developing the organization’s preventive management system, ensuring its integration across all levels, centers, programs, and activities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Occupational Risk Assessment: Conduct, review, or coordinate risk assessments for various job positions and workplaces, particularly psychosocial risks arising from the organization’s specific nature. * Planning and Monitoring of Preventive Activities: Implement action plans resulting from relevant assessments, as well as manage and monitor preventive documentation and annual prevention plans. * Accident Investigation and Analysis. * Information and Training for Staff: Identify training needs, design, plan, and deliver occupational safety and health training. * Coordination with External Prevention Service: Act as liaison with the contracted external Occupational Health and Safety Service across various specialties. * Management of Coordination of Business Activities (CAE). * Monitoring regulatory compliance and conducting internal preventive audits. * Health Surveillance: Coordinate health surveillance campaigns, such as medical examinations, protocols, and actions concerning particularly sensitive staff members. * Development and coordination of emergency and self-protection plans; coordinate or keep updated emergency plans and measures for centers. * Participation in the negotiation committee for the organization’s Equality Plan. * Participation in LGBTI Harassment Protocols. **Offer Includes:** * **Monthly gross salary of €1,982.83 (14 payments per year, with extraordinary payments in June and December).** * 23 working days of vacation \+ 4 personal days per year. * Remuneration according to salary scales. * Hybrid work system. * Flexible working hours (flexible start and end times). * Intensive working schedule during summer months. **Profile Requirements:** * University degree plus a Master’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (specializations in Safety, Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Psychosociology). * At least three years’ experience in an in-house Prevention Service. * Experience using the Smart OSH management tool. * Desirable training in gender-based violence prevention and equality. * Valuable experience in third-sector organizations focused on children, youth, and families—particularly in protection contexts. * Willingness to travel to the organization’s various programs across Spain. * Teamwork skills, dynamism, and proactivity in relational and communication matters. * Adaptability to change, planning, and organizational skills. **Position Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** Indefinite **Salary:** Between €24,001 and €30,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Master's degree **Minimum Experience:** At least 3 years **Start Date:** 12/08/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
