We are seeking staff for our residential center for individuals with intellectual disabilities in Alella, dedicated to providing comprehensive care to people with intellectual disabilities, behavioral disorders, and diverse support needs. Selected candidates will be responsible for direct care, companionship, and support in residents' daily activities, working in coordination with the interdisciplinary team. A qualification as a Nursing Care Technician, a professional certification in sociosanitary care, or an equivalent qualification in social integration is required. Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or in situations of vulnerability is valued, as well as social skills, empathy, and teamwork ability. Residing near Alella is an advantage. The contract is temporary, intended to cover vacation periods, with the possibility of continuation. Full-time and part-time positions are available in morning (07:00–14:20), afternoon (14:20–21:40), and night (21:10–07:00) shifts. The gross monthly salary for full-time work is 1,496.72 euros, according to the Intellectual Disability Collective Agreement. A valid work permit, driver's license, and personal vehicle are required; Catalan language proficiency is also valued.
