Job Summary: We are seeking a nursery worker for transplanting and rearing tasks, including plant counting, root development monitoring, irrigation, grading, pruning, and moving plants within greenhouses. Commitment and ability to work as part of a team We are looking for a nursery worker to join our transplanting and rearing team. The main responsibilities of this position include plant counting and monitoring root development. The worker will also fill trays with substrate, preparing them for transplanting, and carry out avocado plant transplantation following established procedures. In addition, daily tasks will include plant irrigation, grading and selection, as well as performing basic pruning. Organizing and moving plants between different greenhouses will also be part of the duties. Previous experience in nurseries or the agricultural sector—particularly in transplanting and general plant handling—is highly desirable. We seek a responsible, organized individual with manual dexterity and aptitude for repetitive tasks, as well as strong commitment and teamwork skills. This is a full-time position with an indefinite contract and an annual gross salary between 17\.000 and 18\.000 euros.
