Multifunctional Animator (m/f)

Job Summary: Coordinate and lead family-oriented animation and sports activities, organize recreational events, and ensure safety. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and direction of weekly animation programming 2. Organization of creative recreational and sports events 3. Possibility of accommodation and teamwork \- Working hours from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. \- Split shifts and 6-hour workdays \- One day off per week \- Work on weekends \- Vacation cannot be taken during the contract period \- Possibility of accommodation **Required Skills** \- At least one season of prior experience in this role \- BAFA certification or Leisure Activity Monitor qualification \- General sports proficiency (knowledge of rules and safety requirements) \- Organized, sociable, cheerful, available, and dynamic \- Creative with strong stage presence \- Good command of Spanish, English, and/or French \- Enjoys discovery and teamwork \- Willingness to work variable shifts \- Customer service orientation and professional appearance \- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability **About Our Company** \- Develop and coordinate the weekly animation schedule. \- Lead and organize sports tournaments and activities (football, volleyball, table tennis, petanque, etc.). \- Propose family-oriented animation activities. \- Organize original and recreational events such as workshops, scavenger hunts, and games. \- Manage nighttime animation (karaoke, disco nights, contests, etc.). \- Coordinate external companies for occasional animations (magicians, shows, etc.). \- Ensure activity safety and proper execution \- Occasionally use the campsite's mascot \- Be a source of good humor and engage with all our vacationers \- Respect the campsite’s internal regulations Discover the company and view all job offers
