Position Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Monitor to design and execute diverse activity programs, promote active participation, and adapt activities to users' capabilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement diverse activity programs. 2. Promote active participation and adapt activities to users' capabilities. 3. Stimulate cognitive, social, and motor skills. We are looking for a professional for the position of Occupational Monitor in Alcalá de Guadaíra. Main responsibilities include designing and implementing diverse activity programs, such as handicraft workshops, cognitive exercises, and group dynamics. The objective is to promote users' active participation, adapting each activity to their physical and mental capacities. Collaboration with the professional team will be required to develop personalized care plans. The role will also involve stimulating cognitive, social, and motor skills, as well as fostering integration and coexistence within the center. It will be essential to monitor any changes in users' emotional or functional status and report them to the team. A temporary employment contract is offered, lasting approximately 180 days. The working schedule is part-time, totaling 20 hours per week, distributed across morning or afternoon shifts, Monday through Friday.
