Job Offer: Monitor/Monitor **Position:** Monitor/Monitor We are seeking to hire a **Monitor/Monitor** for our team. Position Conditions * **Working hours:** Full-time. * **Schedule:** To be agreed upon with the Center Director. * **Start date:** As soon as possible. * **Probationary period:** As stipulated by applicable regulations and collective bargaining agreements. * **Gross monthly salary:** **€1,624** (12 payments per year). Requirements * Disability certificate indicating a disability level of **33% or higher**. * Ability to perform the duties inherent to the position. Responsibilities of the Monitor/Monitor Position * Accompany, supervise, and support service users in carrying out scheduled activities. * Promote participation, autonomy, and integration of individuals receiving services. * Organize and facilitate educational, occupational, leisure, or therapeutic activities, depending on the service provided. * Supervise compliance with coexistence and safety rules. * Observe the progress of service users and report any relevant incidents to the technical team or management. * Collaborate with other professionals in planning and implementing center activities. * Complete necessary records and reports for activity monitoring. * Ensure proper maintenance of materials and facilities used. * Comply with internal protocols, occupational risk prevention standards, and data protection measures.
