The selected candidate will be responsible for assembling and installing various metal structures, ensuring quality and safety in every intervention. If you have proven experience in the sector and are seeking a dynamic and professional work environment, this is your opportunity! **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Interpretation of blueprints and technical specifications for metal structure assembly. * Assembly and securing of metal components according to established guidelines. * Use and handling of manual and electric tools specific to assembly tasks. * Active participation in on-site assembly processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines and required quality standards. * Collaboration with the team to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. * Performing necessary measurements and adjustments for correct installation of structures. * Basic maintenance of tools and equipment used. * Strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **Job Requirements:** * Proven prior experience of at least **1 year** as a metal structure assembler. * Residence in **Santiago de Compostela** or nearby localities. * Availability to work outside the place of residence when required for projects. * Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) training course (20 hours) — **an essential requirement.** * Ability to interpret technical blueprints and assembly specifications. * Proficiency in handling assembly tools and lifting equipment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with different types of metal structures (building construction, industrial, etc.). * Basic welding knowledge. * Forklift operator or elevated platform operator license. **Employment Conditions:** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, split shift: 08:00–13:00 and 14:30–17:30. * **Contract:** Initial 3-month contract, with possibility of indefinite-term employment based on performance and team fit. * **Salary:** To be agreed upon according to qualifications and experience.
