Job Summary: This role supports technical issue management and continuous improvement, manages work orders, and escalates recurring issues. Key Highlights: 1. Involvement in team continuous improvement routines **Job Description:** Main Activities are: • Daily / during line shifts, support technical issue management and continuous improvement: missing parts, non-conformities, concessions if applicable/DQN, pending work, maintenance, equipment and tools. • Manage work orders outside the working cycle. • Escalate recurring issues and request support from Work Prep, PPE, Maintenance, MAP and roles with support functions for pending work, if not manageable at Level 1. • Involve Work Prep, PPE, Maintenance, MAP and roles with support functions for pending work in production team continuous improvement routines. • Support capacity management: anticipate capacity fluctuations to accommodate changes in the PLC (product life cycle situation) and enhance competencies.
