This is a unique opportunity to join a highly innovative environment with strong technological components and international impact.**What will be your mission?** ------------------------- As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will participate in monitoring and controlling design, manufacturing, and validation activities for components subject to the highest quality standards and nuclear regulatory requirements.### **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Provide technical support for the design and manufacturing of Neutral Beam confinement systems, including components such as the **Neutral Beam Vessel**. * Review engineering and manufacturing technical documentation: procedures, specifications, reports, and quality records. * Verify compliance with and traceability of the project’s technical requirements. * Manage and control documentation associated with the product and component lifecycle. * Monitor engineering, production, and manufacturing activities. * Participate in technical inspections at supplier and subcontractor facilities. * Supervise mechanical testing, material validations, and quality control activities. * Coordinate daily technical interactions with manufacturers and suppliers. * Evaluate supplier performance regarding quality, technical compliance, and delivery timelines. * Ensure correct application of nuclear codes, regulations, and procedures during manufacturing phases. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ ### **Mandatory requirements** * Degree in **Mechanical, Nuclear, Aerospace, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering**, or equivalent. * English proficiency level **C1**. * Minimum of **8 years of professional experience** in complex industrial environments. * Demonstrable experience in monitoring the manufacturing of stainless steel components under nuclear regulation or the **Pressure Equipment Directive (PED)**. * Availability to undertake occasional travel to supplier facilities. ### **We particularly value experience in:** * Manufacturing and procurement of materials compliant with **RCC\-M, RCC\-MR or RCC\-MRx** codes. * Manufacturing of welded structures under nuclear regulations (**RCC\-MR, RCC\-MRx or ASME**). * Manufacturing of large welded nuclear components made of stainless steel. * Welding technologies applied to austenitic stainless steels. * Volumetric non-destructive testing techniques. * Material acquisition, qualification, and certification processes for nuclear applications. * Internal certification in **Welding Engineering** or equivalent. **What do we offer?** ---------------------- * Participation in a high-complexity, internationally scoped technological project with significant scientific impact. * Collaboration with leading organizations and teams in the nuclear fusion sector. * A multidisciplinary and innovative environment in which to further develop your expertise. * A **hybrid work model**, with approximately **4 days per month** of on-site office attendance. * Integration into a leading international engineering and technology company. * A collaborative work environment: we stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our clients and colleagues—both in good times and during challenges. * Empowerment of all technology-passionate professionals by enabling them to expand their skills and engage in inspiring projects. * Expleo Academy: enables you to acquire and develop the right skills through a suite of accredited training courses. * Competitive company benefits, such as flexible compensation plans, social benefits, etc.; competitive salary commensurate with your experience.
