Maintenance Technician

Description

**Job Objective** * Minimize production equipment downtime / idle periods. * Perform preventive and/or corrective maintenance on factory facilities and equipment. * Provide 24-hour production support when on duty. * Ensure equipment safety. * Continuously reduce equipment / machinery downtime. * * Carry out maintenance activities according to work orders. * * Record maintenance activities and materials used in work orders for subsequent analysis and management. * * Timely request components, spare parts, and tools required to perform job duties. * * Properly use assigned personal protective equipment (PPE) and occupational safety gear in accordance with occupational risk prevention regulations. * * Verify delivery notes from various suppliers for received materials, reporting any deficiencies to the immediate supervisor. * Propose improvements to factory equipment and/or installations. * Availability to perform on-call duties to provide 24-hour maintenance support to production. * Monitor appropriate use of materials and/or equipment provided to external subcontracting companies. * Identify maintenance activities that can be performed by production staff (autonomous maintenance) and by trained personnel. * **Key Attributes:** * Ability to solve technical problems. * Strong communication skills across all levels. * Team-oriented mindset. * **Knowledge of:** * Production process lines across all manufacturing areas. * Hydraulic mechanics. * Pneumatics. * TIG welding. * Precision mechanics. * **Requirements:** * FP2 qualification in electromechanics or equivalent. * Basic occupational safety training. * Willingness to learn and initiative in performing tasks. **Experience:** More than 2 years of experience in a similar position in the **\#IncludingYou** Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are cornerstones of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
