We are looking for a **Team Leader** for **Maintenance** who stands out for strong **leadership**, exceptional **organizational skills**, and a clear **customer orientation**. You will be directly responsible for coordinating and empowering our technical team (6–10 people), ensuring maximum operationality, safety, and efficiency of our facilities and machinery. Your primary mission will be to guarantee the operational continuity of the center through strategic and rigorous planning. We seek a person with sound judgment to organize resources, manage suppliers, supervise interventions (preventive, corrective, breakdowns, and new installations), and possess knowledge of management tools. If you have the ability to align the team toward excellence, anticipate internal operational needs, and maintain strict control over planning, this position is for you. ### **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Technical Leadership: Lead and supervise the maintenance technicians’ team, fostering a work environment grounded in company values and technical excellence. * Maintenance Management: Organize and execute the preventive, corrective, repair, and new installation maintenance plan, minimizing downtime. * Waste Management: Supervise and coordinate the proper classification and removal of waste generated by maintenance activities. * Resource Management: Organize shifts, breaks, and technical on-call duties, managing human and technical resources according to operational needs. * Attendance Control: Monitor absenteeism, punctuality, and discipline of the technical team. * Work Supervision and Planning Compliance: Monitor progress of assigned tasks and ensure quality of interventions carried out by the team. * Stock Management: Manage inventory of spare parts and tools required for center operability. * Request Management (CMMS): Manage the ticketing system for receiving requests and their subsequent conversion into structured work orders. * Safety and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS): Ensure all interventions are performed under strict safety standards (working at height, electrical safety, etc.). Report and prevent risks arising from machinery and facilities. * Supplier Management: Coordinate and supervise external companies. * Purchase Order Management: Responsible for managing delivery notes and material orders via internal software. * Order and Cleanliness (5S): Ensure the workshop and intervention areas maintain optimal standards of order and cleanliness. * Continuous Improvement: Identify critical points in the facility and implement technical improvements to optimize equipment lifespan and energy efficiency. ### **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE** * Education/Knowledge: Solid knowledge of plumbing (especially electricity and plumbing). Desirable: mechanics, HVAC, and internet installation. * Experience: Minimum 3 years in maintenance leadership roles, preferably in logistics environments. * Office Software: Regular use of Google Drive and Excel for activity tracking. * Systems: Experience using maintenance management tools (CMMS). * Languages: English desirable. ### **PROFILE FOR THE POSITION** * Team Leadership: Ability to motivate and lead technical staff. * Customer Orientation: Focus on meeting internal operational needs. * Supplier and Subcontractor Management: Skill in negotiating with suppliers and supervising external services. * Effective Communication: Strong communication skills with various stakeholders. * Organization: Strong organizational ability to meet established deadlines and operational priorities.
