Description
Our organization is seeking to hire a **Maintenance Manager** to join the team and carry out coordination tasks at facilities related to its activities.
We are looking for a candidate who ensures the planning, coordination, and monitoring of all maintenance activities, as well as daily communication with the external service provider, various trades (e.g., electricity, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.), and the client—ensuring adherence to deadlines, work quality, and proactive incident management.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and manage the workforce.
* Manage and supervise daily operations of the organization and other trades (electricity, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.), both preventive and corrective maintenance.
* Prioritize incidents and allocate available resources according to the needs of different centers.
* Monitor work orders, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality of interventions, and cost control.
* Ensure effective follow-up of interventions until full completion, verifying correct execution of work and preventing open or unresolved incidents.
* Coordinate the initiation, execution, and closure of construction works and interventions.
* Maintain smooth and consistent communication with the organization, reporting on work status, anticipating incidents, and proposing solutions.
* Ensure proper control of technical documentation, budgets, certifications, and compliance with occupational health and safety, security, and quality regulations.
* Promote proactive management by anticipating maintenance needs and preventing incidents from becoming chronic.

Especially valued:
* Possession of an authorized gas installer license.
* Certification or license for low-voltage electrical installations.
* Technical knowledge in HVAC, electricity, plumbing, and comprehensive building maintenance.
* Experience coordinating maintenance companies, trades, and construction works in residential, socio-healthcare, or social assistance buildings.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and/or specifications.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Organized individual with initiative and social sensitivity.
