Based at our Madrid offices but with willingness to travel, we seek a candidate experienced in operational service maintenance management, possessing technical insight and the ability to ensure operational continuity, service quality, and continuous improvement in industrial and logistics environments. Main Responsibilities: * Manage the operational delivery of an **end-to-end facility management** account. * Supervise infrastructure installations: **HVAC, electrical systems, and mechanical installations**, among others. * Monitor **operational continuity**, service quality, stability of the operational model, as well as critical KPIs and SLAs. * Control and monitor the **operational budget**. * Prepare reports for clients and **property managers** on delivered services. * Identify opportunities and **proposals for improvement** in maintenance management.
