**What will be your responsibilities?**
**️ Maintenance**
* Preventive maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and plant systems to identify and correct potential issues before they develop into major failures.
* Corrective maintenance: Diagnose and repair equipment and machinery breakdowns, responding quickly and effectively to urgent maintenance needs to minimize downtime.
* Regulatory compliance: Ensure all equipment and systems comply with safety, health, and environmental standards, as well as applicable regulations and statutory requirements.
* Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance equipment reliability.
**️ Management**
* Documentation and recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed—including inspections, repairs, and calibrations—to facilitate traceability and data analysis.
* Interdepartmental collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as production and quality, to coordinate scheduled maintenance and minimize operational impact.
* External companies: Assist and/or collaborate with suppliers on preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
* Spare parts management: Maintain an appropriate inventory of spare parts and materials required for maintenance, ensuring availability of replacement parts when needed.
**What do you need?**
* Minimum **5 years of experience** in similar roles, preferably within an industrial environment
* Education in **Vocational Training in Electromechanical Maintenance, Mechanics, Electricity**, or equivalent, or documented professional experience equivalent to the qualification required for this position.
* **Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation**, with attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
* **Communication and collaboration skills** within multidisciplinary teams.
* A **proactive attitude** and eagerness to learn, with interest in developing within a technical and dynamic environment.
**These would be a plus:**
* Knowledge of electricity (including PLC)
* Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
* Experience in Lean Management.
