Job Summary: We are seeking a PHYSICIAN to provide primary medical care and manage occupational health activities at one of our clients' facilities, coordinating health campaigns and training. The new company operates a nationwide service infrastructure comprising 283 owned centers, 110 mobile units for health examinations, 23 mobile units for practical training, and 15 specialized centers for advanced training. Currently, we have an opening for a PHYSICIAN in San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid, to carry out work at one of our local clients. Main Responsibilities: * Providing primary medical care to plant workers (general illness). * Providing primary medical care or referral for occupational accidents. * Requesting medical fitness assessments for hiring, periodic evaluations, post-extended-leave return, or pregnancy-related risk assessments. * Managing the plant’s medical records. * Planning and implementing health communication campaigns and educational activities for plant workers. * Delivering and periodically updating training courses on respiratory protection, hearing protection, and basic first aid. * Managing the medical service pharmacy, medical equipment (operation and periodic calibration), wasp kits, and plant first-aid kits. * Attending Health and Safety Committees. * Attending EMEA Europe meetings. * Coordinating worker activities jointly with the plant. * Supporting periodic external and internal audits. Requirements \- Degree in Medicine. * Valid Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * English proficiency level B1\-B2.
