We are looking for a **Coordinator** for our central warehouse to manage operations related to goods receipt, control, and distribution. The ideal candidate will be organized, solution-oriented, and strongly focused on quality and internal service—capable of coordinating daily activities, ensuring correct stock movement, and optimizing logistics processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and carry out daily goods receipt, verifying quantities, product condition, order tracking, and associated documentation. * Ensure orderly and efficient storage, controlling stock locations and rotation. * Coordinate and validate order picking, ensuring accuracy of outgoing shipments and adherence to agreed internal deadlines. * Conduct and monitor inventory counts, controlling stock levels. * Track deliveries to various sales offices, guaranteeing punctuality and service quality. * Manage coordination with carriers or delivery personnel, as applicable. * Maintain smooth communication with internal teams to ensure proper stock control and availability. * Record and resolve goods-related incidents (shortages, damages, order errors, etc.). * Perform stock recounts and adjustments, ensuring reliable and traceable data. * Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, reduce lead times, and minimize errors. * Monitor key performance indicators (order preparation times, inventory accuracy, incident rates, etc.) and propose corrective actions. * Coordinate the collection of recovered equipment from sales offices. * Supervise the refurbishment and classification of such equipment for reintegration into stock or proper waste management. **REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience in logistics (3\-5 years). * Knowledge of stock and inventory management. * Proficiency in computer tools and warehouse management systems (ERP). * Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner. * Skill in communicating with various internal teams. * Proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to resolve incidents.
