We are seeking a person to coordinate a production team involved in manufacturing pillows and duvets in Valls. Responsibilities include planning shifts, monitoring performance, and ensuring product quality, while collaborating with supervisors to resolve incidents and maintain efficiency. A safe working environment is promoted by verifying the use of personal protective equipment and good ergonomic practices. Daily meetings are organized to align the team, key performance indicators are managed, and machinery maintenance is coordinated. The contract is permanent, with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday (6\-14 h or 14\-22 h). Salary depends on demonstrable experience, ranging between 26\.500 and 28\.000 euros per year. Previous experience leading teams in industrial environments. Ability to make quick decisions and manage unforeseen events. Communication skills to motivate, provide feedback, and foster commitment. Interest in personnel development and continuous improvement. Leadership training and industrial or electromechanical technical knowledge are valued. Basic English proficiency is considered a plus.
