Plan preparations in advance to deliver service as efficiently as possible. Assist the chef in preparing and cooking dishes, guaranteeing a high-quality final product. Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment, inspecting and monitoring for any issues and reporting them if they occur. Collaborate in compiling the list of items requiring replenishment. Execution and follow-up: Wash, peel, and cut foodstuffs for side dish preparation. Prepare simpler dishes following technical specifications, verifying product quality and adhering to the organization’s presentation standards. Assist in setting up, maintaining, and dismantling buffet service. Clean your station and worktable, and leave the kitchen clean and ready for the next service. Store incoming products appropriately, ensuring cold chain integrity. Place and organize food items in refrigerated chambers and clean them regularly to guarantee hygiene and product preservation conditions. Control and quality: Verify the quality of ingredients used for dish preparation. Comply with organizational standards regarding quality, safety and health, environmental protection, and data privacy. **Requirements:** --------------- **You’re ideal for this role if…** Vocational Training Level I\-II / Intermediate or Advanced Degree in Culinary Arts and Gastronomy.
