DESCRIPTION A real estate company with its office located in Viladecans seeks to hire a Junior Technical Architect with construction experience to join its technical team. **Responsibilities:** * Collaboration with the technical department, development managers, and supervisory management. * Monitoring of project timelines, budgets, and quality throughout development. * Economic optimization of construction execution. * Review of project documentation. * Preparation of quantity take-offs. * Cost calculation and variance analysis. * Document management and archiving. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Technical Architecture. * 1–2 years of construction experience. * Personal vehicle. * Prior experience in a real estate developer or construction company is desirable. **Offered:** * Opportunity to join an established real estate company. * Annual gross salary between €23,000 and €25,000. * Performance-based bonus. * Flexible working hours. * Full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday, with flexible start time between 8:30 and 9:30 and end time between 18:00 and 19:00. * Intensive Friday schedule from 9:00 to 15:00. * Intensive summer schedule from July 15 to August 31 (9:00–15:00).
