The selected candidate will lead the execution of a high-end residential development located on the first line of the sea, with an approximate budget of EUR 7–8 million, and will be responsible for the overall project management from the start of construction through to handover. **Main Responsibilities** * Full direction and supervision of the construction site. * Technical and economic planning of the project. * Coordination of in-house teams, industrial contractors, and subcontractors. * Monitoring and control of costs, measurements, and certifications. * Control of timelines, quality, and safety on site. * Liaison with technical management, property owners, and suppliers. * Resolution of technical and organizational issues. * Supervision of proper execution in accordance with the project specifications. * Periodic reporting to management. Requirements **Requirements** * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Site Manager on residential building projects. * Experience managing medium-to-large-scale residential developments. * Solid knowledge of planning, economic control, and construction execution. * Leadership and team coordination capabilities. * Problem-solving, organized, and results-oriented profile. * Valid Class B driving license. **Preferred Qualifications** * Positive attitude, commitment, vocation, and interest. * Experience in new-build residential developments. * Experience in high-end or uniquely located projects. * Ability to independently manage large-budget projects.
