Job Summary: Capgemini Engineering is seeking a specialized ALM Project Manager with Codebeamer experience to lead implementation and integration in industrial environments, preferably automotive. We are currently seeking a **Project Manager specialized in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)** with experience implementing tools such as **Codebeamer** in industrial environments, preferably automotive. The selected candidate will lead a strategic project for ALM system implementation and its integration with Dassault Systèmes’ PLM platform, 3DExperience. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the end\-to\-end implementation of the Codebeamer platform, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-deployment support. * Manage integration between Codebeamer and Dassault Systèmes’ 3DExperience platform. * Define, maintain, and monitor the project plan (scope, schedule, resources, risks, and budget). * Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, IT, quality, compliance, and suppliers), ensuring alignment with business needs. * Manage relationships with system integrators, external suppliers, and consultants. * Ensure compliance with automotive industry regulations (ASPICE, ISO 26262, IATF 16949, cybersecurity). **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Project Manager in implementing ALM tools or similar systems. * Knowledge of Codebeamer or equivalent tools (Polarion, IBM ELM, Jama, etc.). * Experience integrating ALM/PLM systems, ideally with Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience. * Experience in regulated automotive industry environments. * Familiarity with standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, and IATF 16949\. * High level of English proficiency.
