Job Summary: You will support the improvement of the user search experience on mango.com and mangoutlet.com, maintaining and configuring the search platform. Key Responsibilities: 1. Improvement of the user search experience on e-commerce platforms 2. Keyword usage analysis and synonym configuration 3. We take pride in taking fashion beyond boundaries, connecting our unique style with people around the globe. **YOUR NEW ROLE:** Your objective will be to improve the user search experience on mango.com, providing support for the maintenance and configuration of our search platform on mango.com and mangoutlet.com. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support keyword usage analysis by country and brand. * Configure synonyms, re\-directions, and search result modifications. * Analyze search result loading times. * Gain in-depth knowledge of the search tool, its existing functionalities, and upcoming features. * Collaborate with the content team to localize texts and propose improvements. * Suggest search engine functionality improvements. * Report errors and issues to the search platform support team. * Benchmarking. **ABOUT YOU** * You are currently in your final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Digital Marketing, or related fields. * A university internship agreement for a minimum of 6 months at 40 hours/week is mandatory. * Advanced level of English. * Strong analytical skills, as well as communication and negotiation abilities. * Ability to achieve results collaboratively. * Methodical, dynamic individual with strong adaptability to new and constantly changing situations. * Experience with e\-commerce search platforms will be valued. **YOUR BENEFITS:** * Enjoy a flexible schedule and hybrid work model tailored to your needs.
